Making HR policies accessible

We have included some sample policies to demonstrate what your Staff Handbook could include.

These policies deal with recruitment of new staff.  They deal with advertising for new staff, selection procedures, probationary periods and induction procedures.

Retention includes all those policies and procedures that help to enable people to flourish in the workplace, contributing to our business and developing in their skills and as teams.

These policies and procedures relate to the situations when employees leave ORGANISATION's employment.

This section includes policies concerning resignation, retirement and redundancy.
