1. Introduction
It is ORGANISATION's aim, in line with its reward policy, that all employees receive similar benefits regardless of their country of operation. In situations where local employment legislation and law demands additional benefits, these will be offered. It is always the intention of ORGANISATION to operate within the legal framework which applies in each country of its operations.
2. Benefits
All staff are entitled to the following benefits, which may be apportioned pro rata to the length of individuals' employment contracts. The detail of the provision and the balance of allocation between benefits may vary from time to time and location to location and you should consult your contract for more information:
- Pension or equivalent long term savings option where pension provision is unavailable
- Annual leave of 25 days
- Maternity, paternity and adoption leave
- Sick leave
- Medical insurance or medical expenses contributions
- Travel insurance when on ORGANISATION business
