EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES MONITORING FORM

 

It is important that ORGANISATION monitors our Equal Opportunities Policy.

One key element of this policy is to invite all applicants to complete the Equal Opportunities Monitoring Form.  This should be sent with the application pack.  When returned, it must be detached from the Application Form and passed directly to the HR team.

The categories in the form are derived from the UK Census list.
